How do I log out?
To log out, simply choose "Logout" located on the bar to the upper right of any page.

I did not graduate from Taft High School. Can I still register?
Yes, as long as you are a teacher, counselor, friend or spouse of a Taft alumnus.

What personal information do I have to provide to use this service?
Name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and various information related to your school attendance is required. To ensure your privacy your e-mail address will never be visible, instead e-mail will be sent through our online message center. Once you have registered you may add additional personal information if you desire.

It is telling me my username is taken. What should I do?
Try adding some numbers or additional letters to the username you tried.

How do I prevent my personal details from being displayed on my member profile page?
Select "Account Options" then "edit profile" and check the box on the bottom of the page that reads, "I do not want my contact information to be displayed on my profile page (contact information will only be viewable by reunion committee members)."

I no longer wish to receive notifications or periodic e-mail. How do I change my e-mail preferences?
Select "E-mail Options" from the menu on the left.

Select "Edit Profile" from the menu on the left.

I want to change my username.
Sorry, but we are unable to make changes to usernames. You may update your password, but a username cannot be changed.

How can I retrieve a lost username or password?
Please click here and enter the username associated with your profile. Your username and password will be e-mailed to you. Click here if you have lost your password and your e-mail address is no longer current.

If you have lost your password and your e-mail address is no longer current use our contact form to send the following information. (old e-mail, new e-mail, & username)

How can I remove my account?
Select "Edit Profile" then "Close Account".

How do I delete a duplicate profile?
Log into the profile you wish to remove and select "Edit Profile" then "Close Account" or e-mail us with the username and e-mail address of the account you would like to have removed.

How can I add an image to my profile?
Select "Edit Profile" then "Manage Photo". The following tips will assist you in uploading a photo.

  • Select a file with .jpg as the extension
  • Select the smallest file size possible, less than 1 MB is best
  • If possible:
    • crop the image to the desired display area
    • resize the image to 150 pixels wide

How do I change my enrollment years?
Select "Change Enrollment Period " from the menu bar on the left.

Why can't I access my account?
Try resetting your password. If that doesn't work try using a different Web browser. If you are running security software that blocks session cookies, try disabling the software. If you continue to have problems, please report the issue as soon as possible. Include the browser version and operating system you were using as well as any error message you may have encountered.
